Jams & Syrups

Each of our jams and syrups tells the story of our farm: sun-ripened fruit, carefully harvested and processed with love – completely without artificial additives. Our jams: strawberry, apricot, raspberry, blackberry, peach, plum, black & red currant, chestnut cream and spicy chutneys. Our syrups: elderflower, acacia, raspberry, blackberry, currant. A glass full of nature – honest, down-to-earth and made from the heart.

Bacon, Sausage & Cheese

Traditional specialties are as much a part of our farm as the chestnut groves are to Ritten. With us, you can enjoy bacon, Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages) and homemade butchered products – all from our own animal husbandry. A special highlight is our alpine cheese, which is made in summer on the alpine pasture, where our cows graze and are milked.

Grains, Vegetables & more

In addition to meat and dairy products, we also grow grains, vegetables and fruit. We are particularly proud of our farm-own rye flour, which has been part of the farm tradition for generations. Depending on the season, fresh vegetables, fruit and juices enrich the offer of our sales corner.
